Graveyard Party Blues

I had trouble with choosing the song for this week's theme. I thought about Tom Waits and Dog Fashion Disco, but then I remembered this little piece from the old days.
I'm having some hard time understanding what exactly they're singing (since the audio quality is what it is), but this is just that kind of music that makes you want to dance just like Jussi Sydänmäki (the singer) in the video.
(I'll update if I have more information about the lyrics.)

I kinda had a feeling I wanted to try something new this week, a new style or something and I decided to use kind of "inverted" and bright colours. Then I wanted to add some other style in it, so I quickly sketched in those "realistic" feathers. The whole piece ended up looking pretty psychedelic... Undead sorcerer through crack-goggles. Just as supposed.

I wanted to draw someone REEEEAL crazy and this is what came out after a couple of sketches, a sort of mad comicbook villain guy. After colouring I noticed that he kinda looks like a bad-ass Ronald McDonald. An evil twin brother?
Anyway, I found my inspiration this week and really enjoyed drawing! Let's hope my art block doesn't come back any time soon.

I just took a picture of my dear ol' pal and drew over it and messed it up. It ended up as a book cover for my imaginary psychological studies.

THE MONTHLY ANARCHY

Hey folks, it's SadisticCreep.
This weeks subject was hard... Once again. They all seem to be, but this time I was totally blank. I couldn't figure anything up, so I made this little "The Monthly Anarchy" -thingy (phony magazine) like in an hour or something...
BRRRRRH I hate the lay-out! It's tacky and corny. It looks like I threw up random alphabets all over my cover page. Yuck.

Enough of my complaint. I hope the next weeks theme works better for me. So, 'till next week...

Charles Chaplin

Okay, I gotta admit. The theme I gave was difficult. There are many people that inspire me, but who would be a big enough influence in my life to be called my idol? After failing to answer that question I decided to pick the one that has...
... made me both laugh and cry.
... gotten me interested in acting/mimicry.
... had an influence on my style on the whole.
And that man is Charles Chaplin. I saw the movie Modern Times when I was nine or ten and have been a huge fan of his ever since.

P.S. I originally drew a picture of Chaplin as Hinkel (Hitler copy) from the movie The Dictator, but when Ruttunaama and my ma were both like 'Hitler is your idol!?' I decided not to post it. I don't want any misunderstandings, you know.

Fear of being photographed/filmed

I'm the last one again? Duh.
I don't really have any phobias, so I decided to draw a thing that makes me feel uneasy: being photographed or filmed. I quess there's no medical name for this phobia (it's not Photophobia... that's the fear of light) or atleast I couldn't find one. Boohoo.
I have no idea why I don't usually like to be photographed or filmed. It's okay if I can be sure that those pictures/videos taken of me will be deleted right after taking, but otherwise it bothers me.
Anyway, I hope you like the picture.

Jeez, sorry guys. I'm late. But it's still Sunday, right? So technically I'd still make it.
Anygay, here's my introduction:
I'm SadisticCreep (or SC), the youngest of us.
I'm the silent puppetmaster and manipulator of this gang, secretly leading it without the others even noticing... Sometimes even I don't notice my own geniousness.
When I'm not drawing I'm probably writing another witty story or spacing out.
