Oh my god this is maybe the shittiest picture ever!!! XDD Well at least I can say that I tried a different style.....oh really this makes my eyes bleed! I had no inspiration this week. NOT. AT. ALL. that's it.

THE MONTHLY ANARCHY

Hey folks, it's SadisticCreep.
This weeks subject was hard... Once again. They all seem to be, but this time I was totally blank. I couldn't figure anything up, so I made this little "The Monthly Anarchy" -thingy (phony magazine) like in an hour or something...
BRRRRRH I hate the lay-out! It's tacky and corny. It looks like I threw up random alphabets all over my cover page. Yuck.

Enough of my complaint. I hope the next weeks theme works better for me. So, 'till next week...

Hey all! It's HiddenSigns. The first thing that came into my mind after finding out the theme of the week, was of course nerds! So here you go! I hope... i'm not a nerd myself. O_O

RANDOMNESS

HAHAH this time I'm the first one to upload! YAYY! well first of all, I'm the one who named the theme of the week, so I already had some sort of an idea in the back of my head for the magazine...even though the name of it came out being totally lame. 8--D thinking of the coverlines was hard too. (I quess it's pretty obvious)
For the actual cover art I chose a picture that I had drawn maybe 3-4 weeks ago. I was looking through my sketchbook for a good picture and I think this one came out looking pretty good, cause I wanted to give the cover a little "movement" with a groovy drawing. :DD
Now I'm just waiting for the others to upload their covers!

4. Magazine Cover

Hello, it's RuttuNaama speaking! So this week it's my turn to name the subject...that's mainly because last week I really didn't come up with any ideas for the topic so SC had to take my turn instead.
Anyhow the theme of the week is: your own MAGAZINE COVER. Now it's your chance to create cover art for an imagined magazine of yours! Remember that you must come up with not just a cover art, but with a name and some cover lines as well (Something like THIS). You can name your magazine after an already existing one, as long as it's not cosmopolitan, elle, people or such. ("phony" names such as cusmopulitan or ella are acceptable)

Little Man in the Corner of the Paper

.....Ok this is stupid, I know....
I mean after everyone have made such a beautyful job with their idols, who are like... real artists, great inspirators, actors and so on.... And then there is me, who have this...

So let me introduce you my most precious person, the character who gives me my ideas and inspiration, the guy who never lets me down, the Little Man in the Corner of the Paper.
He came out of my brain during one extremely beautyful summer day few years ago, in my dear cousins summer house. I idolize him 'cause he's no longer in my control and he's living his own life in the corner of my papers.

.... I'm really embarrassed to have an idol who is made by my self..... UUUU!! >___<

The theme this week was so difficult! I really don't have an idol, but Tom Waits is my number one inspiration at the moment. I've been listening to his songs a lot lately and I simply love his raspy and low singing voice! If you haven't heard any of his amazing songs, give a listen to this

Okay, I gotta admit. The theme I gave was difficult. There are many people that inspire me, but who would be a big enough influence in my life to be called my idol? After failing to answer that question I decided to pick the one that has...
... made me both laugh and cry.
... gotten me interested in acting/mimicry.
... had an influence on my style on the whole.
And that man is Charles Chaplin. I saw the movie Modern Times when I was nine or ten and have been a huge fan of his ever since.

P.S. I originally drew a picture of Chaplin as Hinkel (Hitler copy) from the movie The Dictator, but when Ruttunaama and my ma were both like 'Hitler is your idol!?' I decided not to post it. I don't want any misunderstandings, you know.

Natsimaro here yay! I found topic "my idol" quite difficult. Drawing some singer/artist/mom/dad/othe sibling/dog/cat/etc was so cliche so I got quite troubled. Then idea came and I decided to draw my "childhood idol" = James from Pokemon. He's so "charming" and dumb. And he has lovely laughing voice. XD~ So those are quite good reasons to draw him.
Made by using Paint and that was horror.

Heyyy~! This time i'm first to update! Ok, so i don't really have an idol but Malcolm McDowell is amazing in Clockwork Orange and every time i see the movie i always get inspired, so of course i had to draw Alex DeLarge. It's from the driving scene in the beginning.

As it reads in the title, this weeks theme is MY IDOL. Everybody has an idol - someone you admire, love and who inspires you. So, who's yours? Draw him, her or something really closely related to him/her. (Something that relates to your idol so closely, that when one sees that thing, one immediately thinks of your idol. Ex. Cross -> Jesus... Worst example ever.)

Title your picture with the name of your idol.

Fear of being photographed/filmed

I'm the last one again? Duh.
I don't really have any phobias, so I decided to draw a thing that makes me feel uneasy: being photographed or filmed. I quess there's no medical name for this phobia (it's not Photophobia... that's the fear of light) or atleast I couldn't find one. Boohoo.
I have no idea why I don't usually like to be photographed or filmed. It's okay if I can be sure that those pictures/videos taken of me will be deleted right after taking, but otherwise it bothers me.
Anyway, I hope you like the picture.

HI! It's Ruttunaama speaking! I'm glad I was able to make it before the deadline...I was worried for a while that I couldn't manage to do anything, but here I am! Finished and relieved!

The character in this picture came out looking a bit like me because I wanted to give her curly hair, but I had no intension of drawing myself in this. So that's not me. It's only a random character I just happened to draw. :D
Once again I had hard time thinking about this pic. I knew that I wanted to draw about ochlophobia, since I feel really uneasy in crowded places and such, but the idea of drawing many people in the same frame didn't inspire me at all. So here you have many staring alien thingies.......*coughcough*
